San Andreas is a small unincorporated census-designated place located in the county seat of Calaveras County, California. Unfortunately, some of the residents of this community struggle with drug and substance use disorders. This has led to several other problems such as addiction-related illnesses, accidents, and financial ruin. This is why Narcotics Anonymous(NA), a global community dedicated to assisting victims of drug addiction, have set up a platform for those seeking to quit drugs and other substances. The organization which was founded in 1953 has assisted millions of individuals in the fight against drug and substance addiction. During NA meetings in San Andreas, participants are encouraged to share their stories and connect with other participants who are in similar stages of recovery. Members who have recovered from drug addiction form support groups to assist others who currently suffer from it. Narcotics Anonymous employs the use of a 12-step approach to guide members through the journey. Treatment is also offered in inpatient or outpatient facilities after which participants are sent for counseling and therapy which eases the recovery process. Meetings come in different forms, depending on the needs of members. For more information on NA meetings in San Andreas and other California NA meetings, do reach out to any of our specialists.
