Safety Harbor is a city located on the west shore of Tampa Bay, Pinellas County, Florida. Sadly, it is a city that houses quite a lot of people suffering from drug addiction and substance use disorders. The overall effect has been a drop in general work performance and productivity, as well as an increase in cases of domestic violence, accidents, and even mental instability.
