Ruskin is an unincorporated census-designated place situated in Hillsborough County, Florida. The community which was founded on August 7, 1908, unfortunately, is home to a lot of people who have become victims of drug addiction. This has led to a host of other problems such as domestic violence, financial ruin, and even depression. It has become a huge challenge for victims as they are always on the move to satisfy their constant yearnings without minding the cost of acquiring these substances. This is why Narcotics Anonymous (NA) has decided to support these persons in the fight against drug addiction. This is by setting up NA meetings in Ruskin where victims can come together, share their stories, and also learn from the stories of others. The Narcotics Anonymous community makes use of a 12-step approach to guide victims from the treatment stage until full recovery is achieved. Treatments may be carried out in an inpatient or outpatient facility and after treatment, members are taken to counseling and therapy sessions which alongside the meetings, constitute the recovery process. NA also ensures that there is a follow-up of members to prevent them from going back to their previous habits. For more details about NA meetings Florida, do reach out to a specialist near you.
