Depending on which meeting you attend, you’ll experience one of several formats. Speaker meetings allow one person to tell their story. Step studies walk through the 12 Steps of NA. And discussion groups let participants talk about a specific topic for the hour.

Groups can also be either open or closed. Closed groups are solely for individuals who want to stop drinking (or already have), while open groups welcome anyone (including family members).
