NA Meetings in Centreville, Virginia

Centreville sits in Fairfax County, in the Northern Virginia corridor outside Washington, D.C. The local meeting scene is thin, with only one regular group currently serving the area.

If you’re looking for a different night, time or format, you’ll usually drive to Alexandria, where the schedule has more meetings throughout the week. Online meetings can also fill in the nights when nothing local is running.

For the full state picture, including the larger metros and the more rural counties, see the Virginia meetings page.

What an NA meeting is like

Before you go to your first NA meeting, here’s what you should know.

An NA meeting is a free gathering of people who want to stay clean. There are no dues and no membership requirements to attend.  Meetings are either open, meaning anyone curious is welcome to sit in, or closed, meaning they are for people who want to stop using. Some meetings center on a speaker sharing their story, others are open discussion and some work through the steps together.

No one is required to talk, and no one is turned away for being new or for not having any clean time. If you’re walking in for the first time, you can simply listen. For more on how the fellowship works, see this overview of Narcotics Anonymous.

Where do calls go?

By calling the helpline you agree to the terms of use. We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a caller chooses. There is no obligation to enter treatment.

Calls to numbers on a specific treatment center listing will be routed to that treatment center. Calls to any general helpline could be forwarded to SAMHSA or a verified treatment provider.

If you wish to connect with non-sponsor centers, you can browse meetings, visit our homepage and browse by state, or visit SAMHSA.
